* This refund policy is applicable only if the products are shipped back to us within 14 days.

* This facility can be available by returning the product through www.buygoldrajakumari.in or by returning the product at any of the Rajakumari Gold & Diamond showrooms in India within 14 days from the date of delivery.

* Return the items in their original packaging with their original bill and product certificate(if any). Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.

* Products such as gold coin, gold bar, silver coin, silver bar, gift vouchers, gift cards, digital gift cards, customized ornaments, gold nose pins and loose gemstones are non-returnable.

* We will deduct the original discount amount or gift value from your purchase if you received a discount or gift during your purchase. You can also choose to return the gift to us while returning.

Return Procedure:

The following steps need to be followed while returning a product to us for a Refund, Exchange, or Buyback,

* You can place the return/exchange request by going to Order History in the My Account section of buygoldrajakumari.com and selecting the products you wish to return.

* Pack the Jewellery with its original packing and keep it in the tamper-proof packet provided by us along with its original bill and certificate(if any). Note that once the tamper-proof packet is sealed, it cannot be opened.

* It may take 1-3 business days for our courier partner to pick it up.

* It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number for future reference.

* If you need any assistance in placing the return request, contact our customer care team and provide the details such as the order number and the item you wish to return.

* Once the returned product is received by us and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
